Who we are

Insight is published by CG Capital Co., a capital markets advisory firm in Atlanta, Georgia, founded in 2008. CG Capital works with public companies with market values under $500 million, mainly in healthcare, helping them reach institutional and family office investors. Insight is free to use.

How CG Capital makes money

CG Capital is paid by public companies for investor-relations and capital markets advisory services: distributing research, introducing them to investors and arranging meetings. Some of those companies appear on Insight, including on CG's lists. Each one is marked “CG client” wherever it appears. CG Capital is not paid by any other company shown on Insight, and nobody pays to be included on Insight or on a list. Insight users pay nothing.

How lists are chosen

CG Capital's team builds each list around a theme, such as company size, stage or an upcoming event, using public information. A company's place on a list is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold its shares, and lists can change at any time.
